ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING

Back in 1998, when we decided to offer a Mobile High Vacuum Remediation service, we knew we first needed to develop a full metal fabrication facility that would allow us to engineer and build the strongest and safest Mobile High Vacuum Remediation Equipment available. Over the years we have added CNC capabilities to our facility and we now provide these services to our clients as well.

Engineering

Before we start fabrication on a new project, we will first design and engineer it using our professional Autodesk 3D Modeling Software. This allows us to confirm the fit, as well as the strength of the project before we start the manufacturing process.

CNC Cutting

Whether your Sheetmetal project requires Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or even Copper, it can be cut on our Dyna-Max CNC Plasma Table. Our Table has a 1” thick maximum Capacity and can cut sheets as large as 60” x 120”.

CNC Forming

Not all projects are just flat pieces. We can form (bend) your Sheetmetal project on our 140 Ton, 144” wide three Axis CNC controlled Press Brake.

Welding

All of our welders are certified in welding ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We offer MIG, TIG, and Gas welding practices on Steel, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Copper materials.

Machining

Machining is a very broad term. For us, it would include milling on our Bridgeport milling machines, Turning on our Colchester 14” x 72” Lathe, stamping holes on our Press brake, or even cutting metal on our industrial band saws and cold saws.

Finishing

Once your project is complete, finishing is a huge decision. Whether you would want bare metal, powder coating, or a super smooth automotive finish, we can assist you with your project’s needs.

Additive Manufacturing

Through our subsidiary, Fruition Designs, LLC, we now offer 3D additive engineering and manufacturing using the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process that can produce both functional prototype parts and end use parts. These 3D Parts are nearly isotropic – meaning high strength in all 3 dimensions.
