ENVIRONMENTAL FAQ

A HVR (High Vacuum Remediation) or MEME (Mobile Extraction Multi-Phase Event) event involves the extraction of subsurface vapors and liquids from a monitoring well or recovery well in order to remove the phase separated hydrocarbons (PSH) associated with a product release. This is accomplished by applying high levels of vacuum pressure and flow to the extraction point (well). This is performed for a duration (usually 8-24 hours) calling this an event. This process is also called Dual Extraction (extraction of both Liquid and Vapor) Events

Absolutely! We provide variable durations from 8 hours up to 120 hours. We also offer extended events (Longer than 8 hours) unattended.

We can extract from up to 5 wells simultaneously while continuing to provide individual well/data performance readings. We can also combine wells and treat them as a set if you need more wells extracted from.

Our units are capable of transporting up to 3,500 gallon of PCW . We also offer (for a separate cost) a tanker service for an additional capacity of 6,000 gallons.

Our equipment can provide up to 500 CFM and up to 25″ Mercury in vacuum.

Each unit carries special “Drive Over” ramps to allow extraction from wells while maintaining traffic flow at open and operating facilities.

Yes. We provide liquid depth readings, before, during, and after the event on wells that are influenced by the extraction process. Additionally, we provide influence vacuum readings on these wells.

In some counties (and some states), treatment of the off gas is not required. However, this is not the best option environmentally. We provide off-gas incineration on all events we perform, even if it is not required. This is the safest option for our technicians, and the environment.

MANUFACTURING FAQ

We have been manufacturing products since 1986…  our business initially started as a manufacturing company.

We exclusively use the Autodesk line of engineering software.  We utilize the Inventor line for all 3D modeling, and Autocad for all 2D drawings.

Absolutely, We will accept drawings in .DWG, .DXF, .IPT, or .PDF format.

We currently utilize Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG), Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) welding equipment.

CNC Plasma cutting is the process of using ionized gas to melt and sever sections of electrically conductive metals at a very tight tolerance. Usually, our tolerance is less than a human hair, with material thickness up to 1”.

The standard materials we use would be stainless steel, steel and aluminum, as well as round tubes, extrusions, square tubes, pipes, angles, channels, flat sheets and more.
